Cement pipeline mold
The Xiangli cement pipeline mold is a two half structure, consisting of cylinder components, socket plates, socket plates, running wheels, and other components. The cylinder components mainly include socket section cylinder, straight section cylinder, socket flange, socket flange, support flange, closure plate, circumferential rib plate, longitudinal rib plate, and closure bolt. The socket plate of the cement pipe mold is connected to the flange of the socket on the cylinder body with bolts. It is positioned and aligned by the stop circle, and the running wheel is connected to the support flange on the cylinder body with bolts. It is positioned and aligned by the conical surface, and the two halves of the mold are also connected by bolts. The concave and convex stops of the stop plate on the cylinder body are matched and positioned, and the rubber strip in the groove plays a sealing role. The parts on the cylinder body components are connected by welding.
